I ended 2007 by making this mixed media mosaic dedicated to my muse, Frida Kahlo, but did some revisions after 2008 got here and like the fact that the piece was a transitional one for me. I am taking my work into new dimensions both technically and thematically and like the fact that it was in such a symbolically transitional way over the two years.

Happy New Year to one and all here. My schedule has begun to see the light of day, so I will probably have the opportunity to be here more and will be a better participant in the various groups and what have you. So. This is the end of my first post here in the new year.
