Reduce Blood Pressure Without Medication

My goal is to keep my blood pressure under control without the use of meds. Everything I read says that excercise is the best way. I've done everything else I need to do. I don't have high blood pressure (yet), but I am high normal. So, I am going to begin a daily, morning session on my treadmill...if I can make myself do it!
