Dam……here it is the end of September and I had the intentions of this being a daily entry log. Its been many days since the last issue of this thing called a blog.

I started school the first of the year and I am really enjoying the Art History 1 class that I enrolled in this semester. In my young & restless years, sounds like a soap, I not only did not do very well in school, I did not have much interest in anything of value or any direction to go. I found that direction after starting work, and after marriage. I took some electronic classed at a local junior college and that began a career in electronics, that’s old news now, I have dabbled in art off and on through my time in high school, and during the lax time in the business of electronics. Never seriously considering a talent that god gave me, but like the quote by Emile Zola: "The artist is nothing without the gift, but the gift is nothing without work." I am working on the gift now and making progress. I will probably not be the artist I envision for myself due to the lake of time I have left in my life…..maybe 20 or 25 years if I am lucky.
