From time to time I report on the economy from my view of the street where I live. Remember back when I reported that the housing meltdown should have surprised only a Washington fool - all they had to do was look at the foreclosure signs on my street? Well, much of that mess has been cleared up and home prices actually went up a bit.

The light trash on Monday nights has picked up (no pun intended) too. I saw my second HDTV box in the trash in two weeks. I am also adding new flooring for the bedroom (more trash). And, gas prices are going up. Denver traffic has increased. The economy is on the move forward folks.
