Exercise without supplementation is suicide.
What do I mean? Ever notice how many top athletes die prematurely of cardio vascular events? Notice how many young athletes are dying during or after practice? These are all people that are at their peak physiologically. So why are they dropping dead? It makes you think twice about cardio workouts.
Well, it's not the workout that's killing them. It's the fact that as they sweat they are sweating out a cocktail of all their essential minerals that are necessary for the body to function properly. At most they are only replenishing 2 minerals, potassium and sodium. That's all that is in most sports drinks. These athletes sweat out more minerals in a day than the average couch potato sweats out in a lifetime. This lack of needed minerals causes all types of problems in their bodies.
