The "Build Your Profile" feature was released earlier today. You'll see it at the top of your Profile page (unless the feature has detected that your profile is already fully built).

The goal of this feature is to aid and encourage the process of filling out a profile: uploading a headshot; filling out personal information; selecting a skin. It is primarily geared toward new members, but existing members might benefit from it, too.

We know this type of feature isn't for everyone, so we've made it possible to hide the task bar (the bar that shows each individual task) - or to cancel any task that you don't feel like doing. If you *really* don't like it, is easy to remove the whole thing from your profile.

TO HIDE THE TASK BAR: Click on the words "Build Your Profile." The bar will stay hidden until you click again.

TO CANCEL A TASK: For each task, there is a hint that may describe the details of the task. It also shows your progress on the task. If the task is not complete, there is a link to cancel it. Once canceled, the task can be re-activated (i.e. canceling is undo-able). If a task is canceled, it will not be factored into the % complete calculation.

TO REMOVE THE ENTIRE FEATURE FROM YOUR PROFILE: Hover over the words "Build Your Profile" and you'll see a tip with a link that will remove the feature from your profile (Remove "Build Your Profile"). You'll be required to confirm this choice. This operation cannot be undone. Once it's gone, it's gone forever. (To be honest, you could ask EonsTeam and we'd probably restore it for you - so don't fret if you remove it accidentally.)
