Goodness I can't believe it has been 7 months since last I posted anything! I love my new job as chaplain at hospice, so many of my priorities have been shuffled or sent to the back burner.
In 7 months I have yet to travel beyond the OR/WA borders; I did drive a kid to college for the first time; I've put miles on my car visiting folks; I've signed up for a 9 month commitment to the Circle of Trust program - an event about which I am very excited!
I have read many manybooks on death, dying, grief and bereavement. Most unusual one was called STIFF, yep about dead bodies. Amazing stuff!
Audio books have been my mainstay. My investment into a Wii has been quite enjoyable, although the pounds are not melting off quickly - maybe like a blowdryer on low :-)
I'm in the middle of eating dinner, so best that becomes a priority. PS I did like the format/plot of Julie and Julia doing the blog, cuz I doubt anyone or extremely few read this one!
