How ridiculous is it that you can get sick from a getting a shot that supposed to keep you from getting sick? I have never understood that. I wish that I wasn't so prone to getting sick either. My husband and I are both sick with a severe cold from getting our flu shots...this is so lame! However, my husband did wake up and make breakfast and some loose green tea for us to help us both feel better. He's really thoughtful.
I always feel so useless when I'm sick. My brain just automatically stops functioning at a normal level and all I can really do is veg out. I'm actually surprised that I'm able to write in my blog right now lol. Anyway, my day has just consisted of looking at some messenger bags online and watching movies on Netflix. And I'm not even through half the day yet! Oh brother, time moves slow when your sick. I think I'm going to have to take a nap just to fill up some of the spare time.
I don't think that it helped us to go to the Red's game last night when it was like 40 degrees outside. Also, the friends who we went with brought their children, so it was pretty exhausting. They had to bring these and snacks just to keep the kids from getting impatient and cranky. Remind me of this whenever I start blogging about how much I want children lol. Oh well. I'm off to watch the latest episode of Community. It's a great show, and if you've haven't seen it yet, you really need to. It is a lot like 30 Rock's kind of humor. Peace.
