A moderately early morning start, to get to the ranger station in Kibale National Park at 08.00am to track habituated chimps – these pleasant apes, which are more closely related to humans than to any other living creature, are marvellous pleasurable to watch as they squabble and play in fruiting trees. The amazingly miscellaneous forest is home to over 13 classes of primates including red Colobus monkey, the rare L’Hoest, blue monkey, grey mangabey,Uganda SafariGorilla Tracking The elusive forest elephant, smaller and hairier that its savannah counterpart, moves seasonally into the urbanized part of the park, well as other terrestrial mammals include buffalo, giant forest hog and a half dozen antelope species. After this fantastic experience, we will depart to Queen Elizabeth National park. Overnight at Mweya Safari Lodge (FB)/ Institute of Ecology.
GAME DRIVES AND LAUNCH
In the morning you will depart for the early morning game drives. Wait to see a variety of mammals like buffalo, hippo, lion’s antelopes, hyenas among other types.Mauritius Holidays Then emback to the lodge for lunch and an opportunity to rest before having an afternoon boat trip across the Kazinga channel. This will give you the chance to see the wildlife up close: hippo’s huff and spray mere feet away from the boat, buffalo linger in the shallows. The shores of the channel are also home to an array of birds including pink backed pelicans, pied and malachite kingfishers,Zanzibar Travel saddle billed stork and many more.
