Cellulite describes the orange peel like dimpling of the skin that happens in men and women, although much more common in women, around the legs, abdomen, and pelvis. Smoking, lack of exercise,to much fatty or starchy foods, and sitting or standing in the same position for long periods have all been associated with an increase in cellulite.Stress can also lead to the development of cellulite so good diet regular exercise and taking time to relax can help you reduce or even avoid developing cellulite,massage is also considered to be helpful.
