One of my newwest paintings...

Just came back from attending a Street Fair in Manhattan, the Fair spans about 10 blocks, I love going to these fairs because it keeps me walking for long hours and I am trying to get more exercise in my life.

Today however I was approached by one of the Gypsy Fortune Tellers who said she had very good news for me, she felt so good about the news she had to tell me that she was ready to forego the usual $10.00 fee and accept my last $2.00. I sat down and she read my face and my hand and told me some good things that I already knew but I wanted to know about the good news..so she tells me that I will be healthy and happy until I finally leave this earth at the age of 91! At this point I wanted my $2.00 back and then she finally got to the good part...............

I have a Soulmate out there somewhere who is searching for me, and according to the Gypsy he is having a tough time finding me and that is why I am alone. My first thought as I look up to the heavens is " Lord please get my Soulmate a Flashlight or a GPS and point him in the right direction" and then I start thinking am I doing enough to help this man find me?

Should I take out an Ad?
Should I move?
Join an Online Dating Service?

As it happens the Gypsy said she could help my Soulmate find me if I pay her to get rid of the Evil Eye that is keeping him from finding me....Reluctantly I had to break the Gypsy's heart and tell her NO, even after she had given me all the good news just moments before something which will probably buy me another ZAPPP of the Evil Eye!

So here I sit at the end of an almost perfect day, my feet are killing me, I am the new owner of some sage incense I bought at the Fair, but now I have a new dillema... finding a way to meet my soulmate...I know he is out there and I know that eventually he will fall through the ceiling of my living room into my lap as I sit on the couch...hopefully he will reach me before my 91st birthday.
