Home from incredible worship...still relishing our wonderful night on the river last night. I did take a bunch of pics...grilled salmon shishkbobs & big salad...it was just the most beautiful night and everything was on my food plan.........Scale STILL won't move but I know I have made monumental changes so......it HAS to happen...doesn't it???
Going to make scallop kbobs today for our Father's Day get together at my daughters. They have sports activities (which I detest when they are on Sundays) so we'll be getting together around 5. It is a gorgeous day so cookout is the order of the day....
