With retirement coming soon (one hopes (:-)) I've been spending some time planning the money thing and re-drawing the plans for the house. I just downloaded the retirement planner available on eons. Seems like a worthwhile piece of software. I'm not yet completely sure of the assumptions and their validity, but it looks promising. Peg (my wife) could retire from her school bus driving job now; I'm a little younger at 58, but we're still looking at it pretty seriously. Perhaps in 2 years, we'll be able to move to the hills (of South Dakota) and build our retirement house.
I'm a singer/songwriter, so I plan to continue performing as long as I can.
