It has been forever since I've been on Eons and I find that I miss it.
I was working at Mervyns as the Department Supervisor in the Home Fashions Department. But,like a lot of other businesses, they filed bankruptcy so I am now a domestic engineer. I haven't really started looking for another job. It is so hard to find anything, especially something that pays more than my unemployment. Most of my friends from Mervyn's are still unemployed. But I know that God's timing is perfect for each of us and we will provided for.
The gorgeous little girl in my photos is my granddaughter to be, Sophie. My son, Patrick, and Sophie's mom, Sandra are getting married on September 29th. I love both of my newest family members like crazy. We had a great visit over Memorial Day weekend. I can hardly wait until September.
I bought a Disneyland pass. I like to go withi my friend, Katrina. She has a pass too. We just wander around Disneyland and Calfornia Adventure and go on whatever ride seems to call to us at that moment. We enjoy watching the people and riding the kiddie rides.
I continue to go to Girlfriends' Bible Study every Thursday morning. I don't know how I could live without it. It is such a marvelous way to fellowship with other Christian women and I love our teachers. They always provide me with spiritual food to fill up on and to meditate on. My life has been transformed! God is awesome!
