The following notice came to me in an E-Mail from an old friend, Being a non-political individual myself, I'm not sure how to verify these statements against the facts. I'd surely like to know if someone is in possession of the real truth.
Another such E-Mail stated that 545 individuals, the President, the House of Rep's and the Senate, were the ONLY people who can pass the Federal laws that govern 300,000,000 people. If this country is in trouble, that E-Mail stated, it's because 545 individuals ALLOWED it.

You may want to read about it. It wasn't mentioned on the news...just went by on the ticker tape at the bottom of the CNN screen.
Obama funds $20M in tax payer dollars to immigrate Hamas Refugees to the USA . This is the news that didn't make the headlines... By executive order, President Barack Obama has ordered the expenditure of $20.3 million in 'migration assistance' to the Palestinian refugees and "conflict victims" in Gaza.
The 'presidential determination', which allows hundreds of thousands of Palestinians with ties to Hamas to resettle in the United States , was signed on January 27 and appeared in the Federal Register on February 4.
Few on Capitol Hill, or in the media, took note that the order provides a free ticket replete with housing and food allowances to individuals who have displayed their overwhelming support to the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) in the parliamentary election of January 2006.
Let's review...itemized list of some of Barack Obama's most recent actions since his inauguration:
His first call to any head of state, as president, was to Mahmoud Abbas, leader of Fatah party in the Palestinian territory. His first one-on-one television interview with any news organization was with Al Arabia television. His first executive order was to fund/facilitate abortion(s) not just here within the U. S. , but within the world, using U.S. tax payer funds.
He ordered Guantanamo Bay closed and all military trials of detainees halted. He ordered overseas CIA interrogation centers closed. He withdrew all charges against the masterminds behind the USS Cole and the "terror attack" on 9/11.
Now we learn that he is allowing hundreds of thousands of Palestinian refuges to move to, and live in, the US at American taxpayer expense. These important, and insightful, issues are being 'lost' in the blinding
bail-outs and 'stimulation' packages.

I think there are two separate things in the email. One is the HR1388 mentioned, which is this: view link - The Edward M. Kennedy Serve America Act
I do not understand how it is related to the $20 million for immigration, but maybe I am missing something.
The link at the bottom of your email looks to be to the real text of the order signed four months ago. It is on a lot of other credible websites too.
Perhaps there is more than I understand, but the text says that it is "for the purpose of meeting unexpected and urgent refugee and migration needs... related to humanitarian needs of Palestinian refugees and conflict victims in Gaza." It does not mention Hamas at all. It sounds like the money is for bringing victims from the Gaza Strip into the US as refugees.
I tried research it a bit more and couldn't find much. I did find view link linked somewhere about President Bush requesting $435 million in funding for the Palestinians, but I don't think it was to bring anyone here so it's not really the same.
I'm still a little suspicious about what is up, and it would be nice if there was some reporting about it. I do not know exactly what is happening and it's good to be suspicious of the government's actions. But the email makes it sound like Obama is paying for Hamas to come live in the US but it looks like he is really just bringing some victims here for some reason.
When was all of the fighting in the Gaza Strip? I remember it was very intense a few months back. Could it have been at the same time as this bill was signed? I don't remember the dates and they fight so much I don't know how to find just the recent one.

The document you are ferring to is a Presidential document concerning emergency funding for the Palestinian refugee crisis. Nowhere is there any mention of Hamas or of bring these refugees here to the U.S. The following is the total wording of that document.:

When we wake up some morning and find that we are all now expected to convert to Islam, that our currency is no longer of any use, and that all those who do not comply will be rounded up and placed in concentration camps (or prisons previously emptied by Obama), THEN we'll know the truth.
