After two weeks in southern Thailand visiting all the snorkel, beachy tourist places with my wife, I took a 24-hour bus to Chiang Mai in northern Thailand to start my 6-week trekking, camping, horseback riding and rafting adventure among the Hill Tribe Villages. The highlight was a homestay with a family of a Long Neck Woman who serenaded us with mournful songs of her native Myanmar to assauge her memories of children lost....
