The distributors with the most points will receive a spot aboard Celebrity's Solstice setting sail on May 14, 2010, from Rome, Italy, and continuing on for ten days to world-class destinations throughout Italy, Greece, and Turkey. How to Qualify
Ready. Set. Sail! Young Living's 2010 Mediterranean Cruise Challenge is a great way to get excited about sharing our mission of wellness, purpose, and abundance! This incentive trip is designed to reward our most enthusiastic distributors with ten days of luxury and relaxation. Your personal goal for 2009 should be to make it on this ship!
Qualifying for the cruise is simple! Since this cruise is the most luxurious Young Living has ever embarked on, we are providing you with many more opportunities to earn points! Accumulate points in nine different ways—you can pick your favorite or take advantage of all of them. The distributors who qualify for the minimum point requirement of 6,000 cruise points will earn a spot for two on the cruise. It's that easy, and there is no limit to how many people can go—so start sharing today!
1.New distributor enrollment
New members of the Young Living family are the future of the company. When you share Young Living with someone new and enroll him or her with one of our four premium Start Living Kits, you will earn 50 points for every new distributor! Not to mention you will earn $25 bonus for every one of those new distributors with Young Living's Start Living Bonus.
Note: International distributors will have to enroll new members with an order of at least 115 PV plus one of our Premium Start Living Kits to earn these 50 points.
2.New distributor activity
By helping your new Young Living enrollees stay involved and active, we will reward you with cruise points based on 15 percent of your new enrollees' first-month purchases, and 10 percent of your new enrollees' second-month purchases. We will also reward you with one point per dollar on Matching Bonus!* Not only does this impact your commission checks, but it also gets you one step closer towards earning your spot on the cruise!
3.Essential Rewards
The people who receive the greatest benefit from Young Living's world-class products are those who use them consistently. Our Essential Rewards program provides our members with discounted product and shipping, exclusive training materials, and much more. When any of your new and existing distributors join the Essential Rewards program, they will get all of these great benefits, and you will accrue 50 points for their first months order. You will also receive 25 points for each subsequent months order they are involved in the program. Also, as you enlist your members in the Essential Rewards program, it qualifies you for the Team Performance Bonus when they have a monthly order of 100 PV. That's an easy $100 a month! 4.Group Volume
Young Living would like to reward those members who are consistently involved with their organizations with cruise points! For every full 1 percent increase in your Organization Group Volume (OGV), you will earn 20 points.** As your participation within your organization increases, you will see the overall volume of your group increase as well.
5.Personal Rank Advancements
As you continue with this personal challenge, you'll notice that by earning cruise points you're not only closer to meeting your goal of sailing the Mediterranean, you're also building your business! As your business grows, you achieve increased wellness, purpose, and abundance, but more than that, each rank you ascend earns you the following cruise points for the corresponding rank:
Executive: 300 points
Silver: 350 points
Gold: 425 points
Platinum: 500 points
Diamond: 575 points
Crown Diamond: 650 points
6.Leadership Rank Advancements
The most rewarding part about Young Living isn't our individual success, but rather the fulfillment we receive from mentoring others! This year, for simply encouraging your downline to succeed, you can earn points towards your Mediterranean cruise! For each new rank advancement in your organizational first level of your downline, you will receive the following points for the corresponding rank:
Executive: 50 points
Silver: 100 points
Gold: 150 points
Platinum: 200 points
Diamond: 250 points
Crown Diamond: 300 points
7.Team Performance Bonus
The Team Performance Bonus is a great way to structure your organization and boost your commission checks. Now when you achieve your Team Performance Bonus, you also earn cruise points! For each month from now until January 31, 2010, that you qualify for any level of the Distributor Team Performance Bonus, you will receive the following points for the corresponding level:
Level One: 50 cruise points and $100 for your commission check
Level Two: 100 cruise points and $500 for your commission check
Level Three: 150 cruise points and $2,000 for your commission check
8.2009 Convention
Convention is a great way to experience Young Living products, network with other distributors, and submerge yourself in the culture of wellness that is Young Living! 2009 Convention promises to be full of education, recognition, and the never-before-seen excitement of new essential oil discoveries! It is our annual not-to-be-missed event and now if you attend any Young Living Convention (US, Japan, Europe, or Australia), you will receive 125 points!
