I think it has been a while since I reported anything. That is because it has been a mostly pleasant 3 months. So onto the dogs. There is big spot in the yard that is nothing but dirt down hill. Of course the dogs love to lay, roll, play or tussle there. They usually come in sort of tan, there all black rotties. My sis and I decided to put a motion detector water spitter out there, around here we call it an Owl.
After I worked out which end the water was coming out of , it has been along time since I set one up, got the range and distance fixed, EUREKA, it was tested and proven effective. Periodically one of us for gets just how well this Owl works and you would see some very old person hot footing it out of range. I neglected to tell the kids when they came for a visit but there quick learners. Sis is out every day watering by hand trying to coax grass to grow, on rocks!!!!!!! My son in law calls this place Rocks or Us. Its west Tx., here they have lots of rocks, in east TX. they have other stuff, trees mostly.
Daughter brought my gdchild, a lab, that is very laid back. She was not thrilled with Millie the 11 mo. rotty who still likes to play and does not know the meaning of no. Gdchild was at my door early last nite, wanted to go to bed, she had had a hard day running. Labs do not RUN, unless theres a bird or water.
I added the picture of my daughter in the recliner with Millie and Dalilah on the end of the chair. One dog too many I think.
