This is my Garden Spaghetti...chocked full of tomatoes, mushrooms, onions, peppers, garlic and zucchini...and it's delicious!...

WoW! I don't know why time has to go so fast. I blink my eyes and it's a month later. It was 74* today and I can't wait till time to plant some tomatoes again. But right now it's raining, and it's supposed to be 28* tonight.......brrrrrrr! I sure wish the weather would be consistent, lol. Yeah, right, like March can do that. I know it could even snow this month. I remember in 1989 when it snowed about 18 inches in March. WoW! Were we surprised?? Yep! I fixed spaghetti today for lunch and it was so very good too. I would like to have fixed a salad too, but alas, I didn't have the veggies to do that.
I have a new "friend" named Kathy. She used to be a Military Chaplan and she is awesome. Her husband is a Colonel and they've traveled to many places in his work. She really helps lift my spirits and I so enjoy talking to her. If you get a chance to watch the movie "Fireproof", please do as it's so awesome. It is a Christian movie and very good too.
I'm missing my kids very much and I'm dreaming about my 3 daughters a lot. Don't know why, unless I'd like to be visiting them more. Don't know, just weird. I am trying to lose weight and failing desperately. :( I disappoint myself in my discipline because I have none, I guess.
I can't wait for Spring even though we've had a very mild winter, so far. I found some ants crawling around on my clean stove today, so I'm guessing that the bugs are going to be bad this summer because of the mild winter.... Ewwwww! I HATE bugs. Hope the fleas aren't going to be bad as we have two "fur-babies" too. God bless you all and thanks for reading my blog.... :) ♥
