Well, it works the same as for any other part of the world, makes no difference. Your earnings will be deposited into a Towah account. Towah is a Norwegian payment processor. You'll have to open an account but that is free. They also offer a MasterCard debit card that works pretty much in every ATM. You can withdraw Thai Baht, Euro, US$ .. whatever comes out of the cash machine.
