A few years back we lived in Clearwater, Florda. Never in those nine years did we go to Disney Land. We were too busy raising our daughters. Then, a few years back, my hubbie had a conference in Orlando. We asked our daughter, who was 30 and still living in Clearwater, at the time to join us for the day in MOUSELAND. OMG it was amazing. Friends and relatives who visited us would comment on how expensive it was. But in reality, it is no more expensive than any other resort.
At the closing show at MGM, I sat there with tears in my eyes, while the five year old in front of me was totally entertained too. What an amazing feat!
Disney is the cleanest and most wholesome place I have visited in a long time. My daughters who are 38, 33 and 32 are having a great time. Sure it is a little expensive, but not terribly so. The entertainment and rides are amazing.
If you have not gone, give it a try. Tourism in Orlando is down, we did not wait any more than 30 mintues for a ride!
