The week has flown by. The house is quiet again. No more pitter patter of little feet...
Wait.. there never was pitter patter,, we had stomping romping BOYS!!! Adrien 5, and Ezra 2. It was great. Not enough time to do all we wanted but I did squeeze in a few things like:

Spending a day at the Tenn. River bank, fishing, going on a paddleboat.
Visiting a park that had a kids rollercoaster, carousel and mini train.
We went to about 5 different kid's parks.
Visited the childrens museum.
Walked to McDonalds a couple of times.
We saw Shrek 3. (the movie).
Had a big cookout with 9 of theircousins.
Helped water all of Nanas plants and then watered nana which turned into a whole water war with papa and everyone getting soaked.
We introduced the boys to sparklers.
I put up a small Christmas tree one day and gave noisy toys that played chrismas carols over and over to each of the boys. (My daughter LOVED that...)
We even had an easter egg hunt the day before they left. We had fun doing face painting and making balloon animals too. It was great fun.
Ezra loved to pick up bugs and put them in a jar. But he happened to pick up a cute fuzzy bee and then that was the end of that game..
We have an awesome kids park called Diebert park near us. When we told Ezra 2, that we were going there, He started laughing and said "Diaper park, Nana? " So now the park has been renamed for eternity.
Adrien 5, can read now, and drew me a whole fridge front full of beautiful drawings.
Our wonderful son in law cut our dry grass and helped my husband put in a new screen door. We are so glad he is part of our family. They have been married 6 years.

We will miss those little boys.

The day before fathers day My husband danced with my daugher to Rod Stewarts version of "Have I told you lately that I love you?" for his Fathers day dance. Of course we all cried and wished we lived closer to each other.

Well, it was a great week full of great memories. With more great times to come. Have a good day everyone.
