Our goal for 2009 is to gain community involvement, raise diabetes awareness and bring in $250,000 while having a great time on two wheels. In response to cyclist input, we will start and finish at Gloucester High School this year. This location is easier to access, offers us more parking and will be fully supported by the Town of Gloucster Police Department!
We have a great deal more online this year, as well. We are using mapmyride.com and the routes will be made available prior to the event. this year, the North Shore Tour Page will be your Tour resource with Cyclist and Fundraising Guides, route maps, newsletter archives and any event changes all available. In addition, you can now join one of our ‘social networking’ groups (Eons, Facebook or MySpace) to connect with other TdC cyclists like yourself.
