I saw the movie The Secret recently and it changed my life.

My favorite quote from the movie is "Most people live life by default". In other words, they get used to dealing with whatever is handed to them day by day. In that way, they set up a victim mentality.

It is so much more fantastic to live each day and decide that you are going to feel great and pass it along to whomever you encounter.

I have alot of fun doing this and I highly recommend it!
