Two Friends spending a Spring Morning together on the Eastern Slope Farm, Conway, N.H....
I have People I call Friends, On-ine, Off-Line, where I worked, the diner I went to, the Clubs I belonged to and so many other places! Do all these Friends carry Equal Value with Me? I would hope so! But really! If a Friend is someone you can call on in a Pinch, ask that question again! How many of these Friends do I have the Phone Number for? If I called, would they know who I was? The term, Friends, is tossed around just like the terms Love, and Family. It seems that the more we overuse a term, the more it is devalued. How do we let our Real Friends know they are a Step Above the norm? A simple, Thank You For Being There, might work! How about a Yellow Rose of Friendship, Real or On-Line, might do it.
