Palin's folksie talk and accent is as FAKE as a 3 dollar bill

I found Palin speaking in 2006 when running for the Governor of Alaska. And guess what? She didn't drop a g, she didn't do the whole golly gee whiz crap, she didn't use any homilies, she didn't even have that weird Minnesota accent.

It's all fake. ALL FAKE.

You don't believe me? Listen for yourself. And then tell me how pissed off you are that the McCain campaign cooked up this little scheme to make Palin a 'good ol boy' to appease those voters who like thing kind of thing.

Be sure to pass this on. I think this is one of those things that need to get out there.

Isn't interesting how the fabricated "real" Governor Palin that created such a splash at the RNC arrived only days after John McCain's attack on the Democratic Party's use of "celebrity" in their campaign? She is "so real" that John McCain admitted he hadn't met her days before she appeared at the convention, someone whom he chose to be #2 in leading the nation.

What I do not understand is why the American public is not outraged by the Republican's attempt to paint them as dumb? They coach palin to discard her natural speaking voice -- which I had heard from her work as a sports caster and from the time she made comedian Craig Ferguson an honorary citizen of Alaska -- in favor of a "hick" accent. They bring forth people they say represent blue-collar America -- such as Joe the plumber -- who turns out to have something in common with the high priced Wall Street hacks and the captains of industry: tax evasion.

I watched Desperate Housewives for the first time Sunday. I thought it was interesting that these wpmen are presented as a mix of middle management class and skilled laborer class and yet they speak proper English. Supposedly, both of palin's parents have college educations. Why the hokum?

The answer is obvious: George Bush. If the Republican Radical Rightwing (fundamentalist) Christians fell for the Bush fiasco, they would surely fall for someone even more stupid and foolish. And they have: hook, line and sinker. Says a lot about the Republic base and even more about Palin (the perfect puppet). A bridge to nowhere.

Who was the person in the first video? Why the total obscurity of features?

People experience changing speech patterns on a regular basis. Adding evil motives to a human experience suggests a serious lack intellectual acumen.

That's amazing. Two years ago she sounded like a completely different person. Maybe they think people in small towns will only vote for Palin if she sounds like a yahoo. Just a little insulting.

The first video was done in response to criticism about faking a Minnesota accent a year ago before Sarah Palin broke in on the scene.

Certainly accents do change but not that dramatically over night at a Republican Convention in Minnesota where she probably said she could do an impersonation.
