I am in such an exciting time of my life now. After living all of my life in New England, and working in education for 38 years, I am planning my big move to Florida. On June 24, 2009, I will be on the road south. Over Thanksgiving break, I will be looking at some properties in the Tampa area and hope to find THE area that will be my new home. Since I am renting now, I do not have to worry about selling a home.
I am thinking that I would like to find a townhome that is offering a lease with option to buy. I have received my certification for Florida, so I will be all set for job interviews. I am a learning specialist, and would love a job at a learning center in one of the colleges as my first choice, but thought it would be good to have the certification in case this doesn't work out.
So, as I am scraping ice and snow off of my car this winter, I will have a smile on my face knowing that this will be my last winter of freezing cold weather.
