Such a simple phrase. Yet, it gives me pause for thought.
For instance, why is it i immediately, thought of such things, as my hands locking up (arthritis), my labored breathing. Negative stuff. Bills to pay, this or that, needs repair.

I've had flu-like symptoms for over 2 weeks now. We all know it isn't a cakewalk. I have been dealing with the physical aspects of it quite well, i think. Been drinking plenty of fluids, and taking over the counter meds.
