Finished the day clinc today. Very emotional for all present. Whilst I will never be cured, at least, I have a road map for the future in dealing with this illness.

About half way though a
PTSD day clinic course with a group of like affected veterans. Very confronting, but one hopes that a plan to try and live with PTSD will be the outcome.
