They are calling for snow here today...everyone just falls apart & runs & gets milk & toilet paper though we will probably get 1 inch...

Been a really nice QUIET week. It is very cold, well for us----30's but still no snow. They are calling for it tonight so we will see. Just had lunch with my friend Sheron whose daughter just had her first..so new grandma...lots of pictures. Baby ...

Beautiful Saturday here in MD...no coat just jogging suit...We have been so incredibly blessed with the weather this year. I feel guilty when I hear how bad it is in some other parts of the country. Erich is off to install his first "Endless Pool"...

2nd day of my New Way OF Eating....(or diet).....Did ok...need to make these changes habit then I will be more comfortable. Did go to dermatologist this AM who took a "plug" from my leg as he didn't like the looks of this wierd place that I showed...

Well, we made it through the holidays............Now here I am, thinking that it is time to "get real" get off the eating train & start my "food plan". So what did I do this AM.....got up, made coffee & ate one of my chocolate chip cookies...
