SInce i have the grandkids visiting I am firing some high fire clay at the community college. I am exploring some new techniques for handles and decoration using white stoneware and porcelain.

Here are some of my grandkids and my dad. The ones from Korea came to visit for 3 weeks. I had a good time getting to know them and teaching the little ones English. It's strange how they learned the food words first!

They have great weather here. Lots of good food and the people are so friendly. I met another clay artist in town. He also worked in terra cotta.

This was a beautiful garden in the palace of Alcazar. I wanted to see more but my husband was tuckered out from the climb to the tower at the Cathedral.

These streets were decorated with xmas lights overhead at night. SOme streets had lighted bells others, holly or angels. Sure made it easy to find your way around.
