I had a good day on Sunday working in the yard, the weather was in the upper 70s and sunny. Couldn't ask for better weather unless it's for upper 60s and lower 70s like we expect later this week!

Finally it's Friday! The weekend starts now. Went out for Thai at a local restaurant and plan to meet up tomorrow for breakfast at Cracker Barrel. Then I might dig a trench and move my sprinkler pump to the back yard, or maybe not!

This new year is flying by...it's the 6th already and I haven't really accomplished much but have been quite busy with stupid stuff like today I had to go to three different banks -- one deposit, one withdrawal, and the third one a deposit, too....

I didn't feel like doing much today so I stayed home and cleaned the house. I moved the furniture around and did a ton of laundry, too. I feel like I accomplished something!

I didn't expect to make it to the turn of the century, so in a way I am on borrowed time! I'm only 53 but when I was young and partying hard I figured I'd be lucky to make it to 30, then 40, then 50. Now I expect to live 'til I'm 100! Happy New Year!
