Another Sunday and another open house in a very hot, no a/c house. To top it off; with my car at the body shop, had to bike it. And of course it was raining. At least I got a customer out of the day.

Well today was the first day of showing my house to possible buyers. 2 young couples visited. Time will tell. Don't really want to sell it but the cost of everything is getting too high. Time for a smaller place.

Hosted an Open House at a Bay Ridge Co-Op. Nice apartment but only 3 interested people showed up. Oh Well; this time of year is slow anyway and with today's heat most people most likely went to the beach. Wish I was one of them.

Just did an Open House for the RE agency I work for and spent 3 hours sitting in a hot, empty house in Gerritsen Beach (forget the beach part its just the name) with not a soul coming in. No TV, no radio and no neighbors to talk to. And of course...

Been a little lazy making entries here. Not really use to it. To bring it up to speed; I completed my NYS Real Estate course, passed the state exam and began working in February. I was told it takes around 9 months for a first sale; got lucky....
