How does Brain Games scoring work?

Most Eons Brain Games apply points based on the amount of time played. Some games such as L.A. Crossword, Eons MatchUp, Sudoku Classic, Mega, Jigsaw, and Eons Trivia, apply points based on performance. Depending on the level of difficulty you play, you can receive up to 30 (easy), 60 (medium) or 120 (hard) points per day.

You must play the online version of the game (not the downloaded version). Also, in order for points to accrue, you need to play for at least 2 minutes. It can take up to 5 minutes for the points to appear.

I am having a problem loading an online Eons game. What can I do?

I am having problem loading an online Eons game. What can I do?

Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot:

  • Pop-Up Ad Stopping Software will interfere with Eons games. We recommend that you turn the software off or add Eons to the list of "friendly" sites.
  • Restart: Try restarting your computer. This can clear most issues. After your computer restarts, please go to Eons Games. If you continue to experience difficulties with loading your game, please try the following.
  • Java: Some of the games require Java. The Java in your computer may need to be updated or installed
  • Firewall: Firewalls can prevent java games from loading properly.
  • Cache: Cached files may need to be updated. Web browsers store pages, java files and graphics in cache. When cache gets too full, you can experience slowdowns and problems.

PC using Microsoft Internet Explorer (6.0+) :

  1. Go to the Tools menu.
  2. Select Options. Under the Temporary Internet files section, click the Delete Cookies button.
  3. Click OK on the Delete all cookies in the Temporary Internet Files folder window.
  4. Next, click the Delete Files button. Check the box next to Delete all offline content and click OK.
  5. Click the Clear History button on the bottom right. When asked “Are you sure you want to delete your history of visited web sites?” click Yes.
  6. Click OK.
  7. Restart your browser.

PC using Mozilla Firefox (1.0+) :

  1. Go to the Tools menu.
  2. Select Options.
  3. Select the Privacy icon.
  4. Select the Cookies tab.
  5. Click the Clear Cookies Now button.
  6. Select the Cache tab.
  7. Click the Clear Cache Now button.
  8. Click OK
  9. Restart your browser.

Mac using Mozilla Firefox (1.0+) :

  1. Click on Firefox from menu bar.
  2. Click on Preferences.
  3. Select the Privacy icon.
  4. Select the Cookies tab.
  5. Click the Clear Cookies Now button.
  6. Select the Cache tab.
  7. Click the Clear Cache Now button.
  8. Click OK
  9. Restart your browser.

Mac using Safari (2):

  1. Click on Safari from menu bar.
  2. Click Empty Cache.
  3. Then to clear cookies, click on Preferences.
  4. Click on the Security icon.
  5. Click the Show Cookies button.
  6. Click the Remove All button.
  7. Click Done
  8. Restart your browser.

I am having problems with a game I downloaded. What can I do?

Downloadable games or games that you install on your computer from Eons are provided by various game vendors. As such, if you have purchased a game download from Eons to your computer and need help, you will need to contact the game vendor directly. If it is past the trial period and your credit card has been charged, you can determine the game vendor from your credit card statement. If you are uncertain of the game vendor, send a PM (Private Message) to EonsTeam so that we can direct your inquiry.
