I am having problems with a game I downloaded. What can I do?
Downloadable games or games that you install on your computer from Eons are provided by various game vendors. As such, if you have purchased a game download from Eons to your computer and need help, you will need to contact the game vendor directly. If it is past the trial period and your credit card has been charged, you can determine the game vendor from your credit card statement. If you are uncertain of the game vendor, send a PM (Private Message) to EonsTeam so that we can direct your inquiry.
