Do I need to be an Eons member to use the Longevity Calculator?

Yes, you must be a member. The Eons Longevity Calculator questionnaire is personalized to your Eons membership account, and the questionnaire and the results are stored within your Eons membership account. As such, you must sign up for Eons in order to get the results of the Longevity Calculator.

More importantly, you receive personalized advice about how you can add years to your life and recommendations to active Eons Groups to help you get the support you need to find success. You can take the calculator as many times as you like and track your progress on adding years to your life in your Profile. From quitting smoking to losing weight and more, Eons members and experts are there to help.

How do I get the results of the Longevity Calculator?

The Eons Longevity Calculator questionnaire is personalized to your Eons membership account and the questionnaire and the results are stored within your Eons membership account. As such, you must sign up for Eons in order to get the results of the Longevity Calculator.

If you have successfully signed up for Eons and taken the Longevity Calculator, you can revisit the Longevity Calculator questionnaire and results by following these steps:

1. Log in to Eons.
2. Hover your mouse over the "explore" option at the top of the page.
3. From the drop down menu, click on Longevity Calculator.

If you did not reach the end of the Longevity Calculator and did not successfully sign up for Eons, the responses to the questionnaire nor your results have been saved. As such, we cannot send them to you. You will have to go directly to eons.com, sign up for Eons and then redo the questionnaire to receive your results of the Longevity Calculator. Remember, Eons is free and signing up is easy.

How do I return to the Longevity Calculator results or make changes to my answers?

If you want to revisit your Longevity Calculator results or make any changes to your responses to the questionnaire:

1. Log in to Eons.
2. Hover your mouse over the "explore" option at the top of the page.
3. From the drop down menu, click on Longevity Calculator.
4. If you want to take the Longevity Calculator again, click on the Take the Calculator link.
5. Your responses to the questionnaire of the Longevity Calculator will be pre-populated. Make any changes you wish and click on the Continue to button on the bottom of the page of each section until you reach the end results of the Longevity Calculator.

Why doesn’t the Longevity Calculator questionnaire ask about my specific medical and lifestyle situation?

The Longevity Calculator was developed by Dr. Thomas Perls as a tool to help people better understand how lifestyle, health, diet and exercise can impact longevity. It does not take into account the specific medical and lifestyle situations of an individual. For specific questions on your own medical situation or lifestyle, please contact your physician or medical professional.
