Founder and CEO, Eons
About Eons, Inc.
Eons, Inc. is the online community for spirited BOOMers. Founded by Jeff Taylor, creator of Monster.com, Eons has attracted a team of renowned advisors and industry-leading partners and is backed by venture capital financing from General Catalyst Partners, Sequoia Capital, Charles River Ventures and Intel Capital, as well as Humana, Inc.
Eons World Headquarters
The company is headquartered in The Parris Building in Charlestown Navy Yard, Charlestown.

Named to the National Registry of Historic Buildings, the Parris Building was designed by Alexander Parris and built in 1837-38. The significant classical design for industrial architecture was expressive of a grand or European image for the young U.S. Navy. Parris' last design and project for the Navy Yard was never completed, with only the first half of a great storehouse (also called Building 34) completed. The original plan included a central court after the grand storehouse in Plymouth, England. During World War II a chemical lab, blueprint lab, and photographic reproduction center were located here. With skylights, exposed brick walls, and the old iron doors between areas, the whole Eons team really appreciates the character and age of our world headquarters in the Parris Building. |

Recognized as an innovator and visionary in both the Internet and career industries, Taylor has reinvented the way job hunters seek employment. His "monster idea," conceived at the dawn of the World Wide Web, quickly became one of the first dot-com companies (454th registered domain on the Web) and has since become the world's leading online career site. Today, the Monster global network consists of local content and language sites in over 30 countries and serves nearly 30 million unique visitors monthly.
It wasn't long ago that Jeff had the realization that boomers who started using Monster.com 15 years ago were now turning 50 and that 12,000 people are turning 50 every day. With his own half-century milestone looming, Jeff started asking himself, "What's next?" And the answer came to him. Today, Jeff is reinventing the way baby boomers use the internet with two new websites:
Eons.com—which connects adults in an online community. Eons.com is the first and largest social network for people who want to explore their passions, keep in touch with friends, connect with interesting people to share life experiences and most of all have fun.
Tributes.com—is the destination for national and local obituary news with more than 80 million obituaries and partnerships with thousands of funeral homes.
Taylor is a frequent speaker at colleges and universities, Fortune 500 companies and major industry events in technology, brand/marketing and human capital. He is a regular guest on CNBC. Taylor has co-authored three books under the Monster Careers title offering job seekers step-by-step plans for interviewing, finding the job, and networking.
Taylor serves on the Board of Directors of Boston's Citi Center for the Performing Arts and Board of Advisors of Berklee College of Music. Taylor holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst; a Certificate-Owner/President Management (OPM) Program, Executive Education, Harvard Business School; and an Honorary Doctorate from Bentley College. Jeff is an avid Deejay for almost 30 years under the name Jefr Tale. He has a weekly show on Sirius/XM (Area) on Sunday nights.
Linda G. Natansohn, Chief Operating Officer
Linda Natansohn is responsible for translating Eons’ strategy into action, overseeing the day-to-day activities of the company, and directing product and service fulfillment, sales, marketing, and business and corporate development. Natansohn brings extensive experience building world-class brands and structuring business practices to achieve operational excellence to the Eons team.
Previously at Eons as SVP, Strategic Development, Natansohn was responsible for driving initiatives that enhanced Eons’ growth and value, having worked in a similar capacity for CEO, Jeff Taylor, at Monster (NASDAQ:MNST) from 1996 to 2001. Throughout her tenure at Monster, Natansohn served as senior vice president, leading partner and channel development, new product innovation and acquisitions, including identifying Monster’s most accretive merger opportunity. Additionally, Natansohn managed the re-branding of The Monster Board to Monster.com, including the Monster’s first and award-winning Super Bowl advertisement, “When I Grow Up,” featuring children expressing tongue-in-cheek career aspirations.
Prior to Monster, Natansohn created brand and communications campaigns for national consumer products companies as an account manager at nationally acclaimed, Cone, Inc. Her entrepreneurial spirit for innovative services also resulted in the co-founding of her own company focused on power management for mobile devices as well as consulting on strategic alliances for a fast-growing, venture-backed private jet membership company.
Natansohn holds an undergraduate degree from Bucknell University and a Master’s in Business Administration from Boston University. In her spare time, Natansohn enjoys time with her family, athletic endeavors, fine wine (it is good for you, after all) and travel.
Matthew Fuller, Chief Financial Officer
